Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item, please:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order after your return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund
